What Gives You Energy?

Posted by Adam

I’m not talking about redbull, coffee or another type of caffiene.

I’m talking about pure, natural energy. A positive energy. Something that helps focus you and get you excited at the same time.

Vision and goals and planning and strategy and tactics and all that stuff matter. No doubt. But with out energy. With out excitement. It’s not quite the same.

Energy is the “X” in all your success formulas. It is the unknown that only you can put into it. So, what gives you energy? How can you add to your successful formula something that no one else has?

What Gives Me Energy
Working with my real estate coaching clients gives me energy. I love helping them learn something new, creating strategy and implementing. I love seeing them succeed and hearing their energy and excitement when they share a success story.

I love speaking and training because it brings me energy. This also why I do my coaching videos, AKA Productivity Nuggets. As much as it is a business development strategy and I truly want to help you, I do it because it brings me energy. If I don’t have a coaching call for the day or not speaking somewhere, I need to do Productivity Nugget or I’ll never get the energy I need to be productive for the day.

Doing these things actually gives me energy. And if I ever need to find energy I know where to look and what I have to do to get it.

What gives you energy? How can you add it daily to your routine, schedule?

Who Gives You Energy
What gives you energy, might not be an activity you do. It might be a person. Passion is contagious and who you hang out with and surround yourself with is important.

Environment matters. If you’re energy level is low, you feel stuck or frustrated you might need to find some new people to hang out with. I’m sure if you asked my coaching clients they would tell you that after a coaching call with me their energy is up.

This is the “X” factor I give my clients. I want them to have energy and excitement to implement what we talk about in our coaching conversations.
